Diesel Spill Cleanup

Project Description: Diesel Spill - Service Station
Project Details: Hansen Environmental Services were called to a service station site as a diesel fuel spill in the forecourt had spread to a containment drainage pond.
Hansen Environmental Services assessed the situation, utilised floating booms to contain the fuel on the surface and also covered the surface with global peat.
Booms were then slowly drawn into one area and a vacuum tank removed surface fuel and peat mixture.
All contaminated materials were then safely disposed of.
